1. Product Information
Our products are sold as digital downloadable files (SVG) generated from the customer's unique text and input. No physical product is included unless otherwise stated.
Each generated design is unique and created algorithmically from your text. Files are delivered as print-ready SVG vector files.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in SEK and include 25% VAT. Payments are handled securely through Stripe.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods provided by Stripe.
3. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Important: As the product is a digital good with immediate delivery, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) §16(1) once the delivery begins.
No refunds or returns are offered for digital files that have already been delivered. Please review your preview carefully before purchase.
4. Copyright and License
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to print and use the file for private, non-commercial purposes. This includes:
- Printing for home or as gifts
- Private use in personal projects
- Sharing privately with friends and family
The following are strictly prohibited without written permission:
- Resale or distribution of the file
- Commercial use in business contexts
- Mass production or resale
- Use in advertising or marketing materials
5. Delivery
Files are delivered immediately after purchase via a download link sent to the provided email. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address. The link is valid for 30 days.
6. Complaints and Technical Support
If you experience technical issues, contact us within 14 days. Valid technical problems will be corrected at no additional cost.
7. Data Protection and GDPR
We process personal data (e.g., your email address) only to deliver your order and comply with legal obligations under GDPR and Swedish data protection law.
We never sell personal data to third parties. You may request deletion or correction by contacting hello@algorithmicweave.com.
